- We also offer 21 cm (8.25”) and 24 cm (9.44”) tensoge style chopsticks for a small upcharge
- Although most of our products are made right here in Ohio, the 21 cm tensoge style and 8” twin options are an import item, as we are not yet able to produce the smaller sizes on our machines
- The minimum order quantity for custom chopsticks is 20,000 (10 cases of 2,000)
- We have a $60 plate charge per color (a one-time fee unless the artwork changes)
- Lead time is currently 2-4 weeks for in-house production. For imported items, the lead time is about 12-15 weeks
- We use food-safe inks–nothing solvent-based
