By purchasing an item on this website, the customer is knowingly purchasing the item that is in their cart. Unique Manufacturing is not responsible for incorrectly ordered items. Please review our Shipping and Return Policy below. Also, by making a purchase on this website, the customer is agreeing to the Privacy Policy.
Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Unique Manufacturing ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.
When shipping to locations outside of the continental United States, shipping via US Mail will be less expensive than via UPS. If you wish to have your items shipped via UPS and the recipient is outside of the continental United States, please contact us to discuss.
If you wish to have your item shipped 2nd day, your order must be placed before 2pm EST.With items you choose to ship UPS Ground and USPS, we make every attempt to ship within 72 hours.
If you would like an item shipped overnight, please contact us directly as we may be able to fulfill your order, but only by telephone.
Sales Tax
Unique Manufacturing charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
Return Policy
You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed. Unique Manufacturing reserves the right to change its pricing and payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
Unique Manufacturing is not responsible for items that are/were ordered incorrectly. Items ordered incorrectly by the customer can be returned at the customers expense and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items shipped incorrectly by Unique Manufacturing will be returned at our expense.
Should your items arrived damaged, please alert us and then contact the shipping company (immediately) to file a claim for damages. Unique Manufacturing is not responsible for items that arrive damaged. Please contact us as we MAY (read: MAY!!) be able to arrange for a replacement in the meantime until the shipping carrier offers reimbursement. Unique Manufacturing, of course, makes no promises to do this.
Store Hours
We are available Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST. We are closed on all major holidays. We will make every attempt to respond to all phone calls and emails within a timely manner. As with most businesses, we put customer server at a premium. YOU are the reason we are here and we are indeed grateful for your business.
